No, I don't think the economy is bad. It's not great- but it's not bad. In the last quarter of 2007, the GDP showed growth of .06%, which is not much, but still growth nonetheless. As long as it is still growing, no matter how small the numbers- it's doing at least okay. It is still far too soon to say that we are in a recession or even heading towards one. I think that as of now, we are pretty stable...besides the known rise of gas and food products. We could be a lot better off, though. It is still no where near how it was in the 1970's.
