Help answer this question below.

Can one fuel pump run fuel from both 1994 F150 fuel tanks? Do they both run at same time?

    no you can not run off both tanks with one fuel pump, both tanks have internal fuel pumps and one pusher pump, and a fuel filter on both internals and then an external fuel filter underneath by the front gas tank.. your switch on the dash switches between tanks, and with the internal fuel pumps you cant bypass and runn off one fuel pump.. hope this helps

    There is a valve that switches from one tank to the other by using the switch on your dash. The fuel pump is located between this valve and the engine. It doesn't know which tank it draws from. Crawling under the truck and looking into the drivers side frame rail may help you visualize it all.
