first get dynamic page content (ex:asp.net [http://asp.net] or php [php.net]) then create a database, sql, xml, or access. then create a register page. confused? if you want to make a website with all that without doing what i said go to (http://www.asp.net/downloads/starter-kits/my-web-pages/) to download microsoft's my webpages starter kit. its asp.net though
