Songs of The Beatles are timeless. What I don't like is how the contestants interpret the songs. Adding a new twist doesn't work all the time.

I think American Idol has proved that covering Beatles tunes are really difficult. It is dangerous putting your own twist on these songs and not changing it up may be too predictable............Very interesting but somewhat boring..........when you compare it to 70s, 80s or 90s tunes.
