I LOVE the rain but never thought of it as sexy or hypnotic. I find fire hypnotic and rain refreshing. I wish it were raining here now :)

I do agree. But it depends on the temperature. If it's a chilly rain, being cuddled up in bed with my wife, listening to the rain hitting the roof right above us gives me a cozy feel. Then there is (kids close your eyes), walking naked in a warm tropical rain in a private and secluded garden in Hawaii holding hands as the warm rain is like the most natural shower. (OK, Kids can open their eyes).

I think it's peaceful. Whenever it rains here in Seattle (which is obviously often) I feel less stressed.

I love the rain and I agree... except I often have to work in it... when that happens It's more irritating and miserable. ;P
