Yes, I trust pregnancy tests.
-
Just not as much as the DNA paternity test.
-
I think they are reasonably accurate but not infallible. Most of the trouble with them isn't the product's fault but that people don't use them properly.
-
I do. The one that confirmed my pregnancy was the cheapo from Wal Mart.
-
A good one is 99% accurate. It was never wrong for me although I do think I got a false positive once but since many babies are lost before a woman is even late, it could have been that.
-
I trust a positive. False negatives abound, though... beware. Any time you get a negative, wait three days and test again.
-
That's how I found out I have better be getting used to being called 'daddy' in 7 months. Besides, is better than the way that would have to use Chocolate Chip, my rabbit, to find out.
-
No way! They change colour when you aren't watching!
-
I have never yet had a false positive
-
About 99.9%......
-
No I don't trust them I was nine weeks pregnant for my daughter and I took one week before that and it was negative and I took 2 more after that day apart samething they were negative. So I went to the doctor and found out I was pregnant.
-
So far they've all been correct.
-
More than the random strangers that people ask on AB, "AM I pregnant?".
-
yap

YES, BECAUSE THEY ARE DESIGNED TO DETECT A HORMONE IN YOUR PEE, THAT YOU CAN ONLY HAVE WHEN YOU ARE PREGNANT....IF IT SAYS YOU ARE, THEN YOU ARE...HOWEVER IF IT SAYS NO, YOU COULD STILL BE, YOU MAY NOT BE FAR ENOUGH ALONG FOR IT TO DETECT THE HORMONE YET. THAT WHY THEY RECOMMEND YOU DO IT IN THE MORNING CAUSE YOU BUILD IT ALL UP THROUGHOUT THE NIGHT.
-
i do trust pregnancy test, but,it really does depend on the womans body ad her regular or not regular periods or when did she take the test was it 2 soon 2 tell, r her hormone's high enough yet 2tell!? there r quite a few things 2 keep in mind when taken home test or even docs test unless its a blood prego test!
-
Yes, I do trust pregnancy tests as long as they are done correctly. The pregnancy tests normally have a 99% (~98.6% round up) accurate rate.
-
on behalf of the guys i can say that we would only trust em up until the point where we got a positive reading... I myself would not trust it, but I might give the writer of the movie starting a pregnant Arnold Schwarzenegger just to make sure it was fiction... being pregnant would certainly be no good!
-
I do. The ones I have used have always told me I was not pregnant when i wasnt, and I was pregnant the both times I was:) ...I have two kids.
