Will Answerbag ever impose a limit on the number of questions one person can ask in one day? How about the number of questions someone can ask in one category per day?

Let's hope not because I thoroughly enjoy asking questions and receiving answers to the multitude of questions that I have. :)

  • I think it's time to revisit this issue. I doubt they will impose more of a limit than what already exists. As Darryl said, one can only hope.

Yes, they are going to impose a limit. Just check out the paragraph submitted by Joel in the Answerblog.

This last couple of weeks have shown that the limit is too high.

One day my complete friends page was full with just two names and I am afraid not one original question among them. Just repetitions with a one or two word change.

I doubt they will lower the amount again but the question content does need a review .

That would kinda suck, but I guess we might have more meaningful and serious questions, but still...and a limit to how many times you can answer sounds like crap to me, especially considering the amount of questions that there are. :/
I don't write the best answers ever and sometimes I just mess around, but everyone is going to be punished in the name of spam? *Pouts.*

I think there used to be a limit, wasn't there? Did it change with the new version?

    - Maybe some people would ask some questions to themselves or to their real world friends again. It would not be so bad.
    - The advantage for AB is that it could improve the quality of the question
    - I agree with Schulz, 5-10 are not enough

Why? Have you been posting lots of questions lately?

(Sidenote to Jodie44) I've seen your profile, and you are quite the curious woman. (End Sidenote)

I honestly hope not. Maybe if we get lots of QTACs (Questions That Are Crap), the limit will come in handy. A few QTACs are immediately coming to mind...
