Definitely Lost Odyssey for Xbox 360. Amazing game. Also, Final Fantasy IV just came out in July for the Nintendo DS. It is also amazing. In my opinion those two games are the best rpgs ever made. No other rpg comes close to the quality of those two games.

Trajko, have you played Lost Odyssey or Final Fantasy iv (DS version)? Do you have a 360 or DS?

Trajko, I am currently playing Oblivion and find it boring as well. Lost Odyssey is so much better. But it is also very different. It has random encounters and turn-based combat. It is also very difficult, which makes it very rewarding. The plot is very moving and I cried twice. :( If you enjoy Lost Odyssey then you need to play Final Fantasy IV for the DS. It was made back in 1991 by the same guy who made lost Odyssey when he used to work for Squaresoft (now known as Square Enix). I forgot his name - start with an H. Its a Japanese guy. He recently left Square Enix and made his own company called Mistwalker, which produced Lost Odyssey. Anyway, Square Enix just re-released FF IV in 3D for the DS and it is freaking AWESOME!!!!!! It has a very dark plot with very interesting characters. It touches on lots of great themes such as honor, love, fear, death, and betrayal. It is also very difficult and therefore very rewarding. Both these games are legendary. You will never find better RPGs. You must play these games.
