Are there good ones? Oh, well, if you must have one, I suppose compulsive "cleanliness" is as good as any. Compulsive neatness can be a positive, I suppose, though it drives all about you mad. But, neuroses are still "compulsive disorders". I do not recommend them.

I just double-checked the meaning of "psychoneurosis" before I answered..I can't think of one that could be termed "good" or "best"! :(
