Can i use my bank card to use an atm in paris, it is neither a credit not debit catd. it is just a standard british cash withdrawal card

Um, you're in the EU either way, so yeah.

As long as it has a Visa or Mastercard symbol on it you can use it anywhere in the world. You will probably be charged a flat-rate commission every time you use it. I would have thought that a cash withdrawal card was the same thing as a debit card.
