I hate to sound like a cheap book, but you are. Nothing starts or stops without you. Nothing can fully change you unless you let it. Nothing can affect you positively or negatively unless you let it. Of all the ideologies in the world, they all start with the individual. Individualism is a powerful concept. We talk about empowering the individual, but we overlook why we need to do it. We need to strengthen the individual in order to strengthen everything else.

I am sure it varies to many many people each and every day. It could run from a third world country poor child with an idea one day to a president of a great nation the next.
