I've heard of people olde than that get braces. I believe you need to visit a cosmetic dentist that deals with adults though because it works differently when you become an adult.
-
I've known 40 year old people with braces, so 25 can't be too old. Of course, every case is different, and an orthodontist would have to tell you what's best in your particular situation.

My mom had them at 23, it was the first time she could afford them. A few months of braces, gave her a lovely smile for all of us to enjoy for the rest of her life. IMHO, one is never too old for this.
-
No, 25 is not too old, but I would go with invisalign or something a bit unconventional. They can also put brackets on the backs of your teeth, if you are concerned about the appearance.
-
As long as you have teeth, you are not to old!
-
I don't know the upper limit, but I know of people in their 40's. It just is harder and takes longer.
-
No never too old to wear braces they are coming back into fashion good on you.
-
I'm 18 and have them for another few months... if you think it's gonna be worth it your never too old!
-
I am 56 and I will get my braces off in about 4 months. One of the best things I have ever done.
-
There is no age too old for braces and noone is ever too old to want to look and feel their best.
-
You are fine. Make sure you have a good dentist and you'll be all set.
-
I swear to God, my mother in law will be 80 in September and SHE is wearing braces on her lower teeth. You're NEVER too old.
-
My gf didnt get them til she was 21 and had them til either 23 or 24 and it was fine and she even had the regular metal ones.
-
Wherever there is a need for braces there is a needy dentist willing to work for a perfect smile no matter how old dear.
-
My aunt, in her 60's, has braces...the only things anyone is ever too old for are mini skirts and skimpy dresses. Everything else qualifies for a "You're never too old..."
-
One of my good friends just got braces this summer. She is 35. I don't think you can be too old.
