Are there any other multiprotocol instant messanger clients or web interfaces (primary purpose only) I/we should know about? Any that support encryption? (I use or have tried: pidgin+otr, trillian, mirandaIM, adium, kopete, meebo, koolIM...)

I've had very good luck with meebo and adium. If you need encryption, Adium supports OTR.
