If a police officer didn't check the "commercial vehicle" box on my ticket when my car is registered as a commercial vehicle, can i get out of the ticket? if he had read my registration he would have seen it, but he didn't look at my registration

    Whether or not the officer checked the box or not, makes no difference to violation you committed.

    Administrative errors can be corrected.

    And, so can traffic violations, in court.
