"Who is (your name)" How do you answer that at a job interview? Plus, at what point do you ask what your wages are?

I would answer that question by offering them titles of who I am out of work (write them down): "I am father, provider, mentor, husband and friend." Then I would associate a trait to each of the titles that best describe me in that role: "I know someone is looking to be for guidance in life, I work hard to give my family what they need and want, I try to set a good example for those that follow, I love my wife and care for her needs and I provide a stable, cheerful environment for all who are in my circle." I work in a competitive business environment where salary and wage can vary per employee as much as 30%. I always talk wages up front. It is show business, not show friends. I am not there to waste anyone's time.
