Particles. That's what quantum physics and quantum mechanics deals with I'm pretty damn sure. And they don't know what light particles are made from either, I'm also pretty sure. I'd love to know... maybe they do know and someone else will chuck that answer in this question...

It is photons moving in waves at certain wavelengths. The wavelength is what determines the color we see.
-
Light is the presence of all colors.

It is God smiling.
-
Light is a form of energy, travelling as photons(packets).

I have to answer this way Mrs. Dufresne. Most gases, hydrogen, helium, etc., a vacuum, molecules, atoms, electrons, photons and leptons are very light, most particles, a range of low density stuff...that's enough.

light is electromagnetic readiation, radiates by all know elements in our universe, light have a broad spectrum from radio to gamma radiation, the light that our eyes can pick up with our eyes is called vissible light varries between 400 to 700nm in waveleght, but when we need to measure, then we need to quantize it, and suddenlly waves becomes a fix point called particle, in order to approximate it speed or position.(I know quantum mechanic is weird, largely due to the fact that there is still missing components we have yet to theorized and deteced, but QM will be to understand as more breakthrough archieves.. i hope lol)
