If you are able to give more than one point do you ever find yourself just giving one or two points to answers? Or is it all or nothing?

I only give less than 6 if the person was trying to be funny or something, but wasn't. :)

I always give the maximum number of points.

I use the sliding scale. The truth is, some answers are far better than others - both in expression and content.

I usually give +6. If the answer is downright wrong and harmful, I will give it 1-2 points just to thank the person for trying.
