when i gain weight i just FEEL the fatness taking over my body. It's annoying and pisses me off. eat less portions don't eat any junk food go jogging! drink lots of water. You might be miserable not eating all the stuff others are eating but when you lose that weight and you look good in those jeans its totally worth it

If i were you i would join a slimming club and get loads of support and you will realise your not the only one that feels that way...good luck.

First of all, go to a nutricionist and beguin to do exercises every day. Walking fast 30 min per day can make a difference. Also, try to find waht`s going on in your life that makes you feel bad. I belive that a lot of times, we get fat because we are unhappy with something in our lives. Been healthy, thin and doing exercises bring us hapiness, so why not dicover it and choose to do it. hi hope you feel too bad i felt the very same up to last month when a friend of mine recommended taking a slimming tab called daidaihuajiaonang ya i was the same what the heck is that i googled it and ordered them and i have been talking them for the past month no side affects and i have lost sixteen pounds all ready you need to drink a lot of water and eat fruit too im really feeling great and i promise i wouldnt recommend if i didnt think they were good

G'day Heerahfatimah, Thank you for your question. I would see a nutritionist about having a healthier diet. I would also look at how I could get more exercise. I wouldn't try a fad diet as they usually don't work. Regards
