Based on my understanding og the OSHA standard, OSHA gives you the standard procedure & insight to assess the risk & to control it. Generally limit is taken as per the Minimum national standard. One unique limit value is fixed: 0.1 fibres per cm3, in air, as an eight-hour time-weighted average (TWA). Pl check it out whether this limit has been revised or not.
