  • definitely aerobics. It burns a lot more calories. Yoga is mostly stretching.
  • definetly aerobics for weight loss, but mixing in yoga a couple of times a week will help you stretch out those muscles that are getting worked out, help with stress (which will help you see better results), and in general is just a good health practice.
  • well, both of course. But, to pick one I would say they both have their benefits. Aerobics gets your heart rate up, but it also is more physical and you should allow your body to rest at least one day a week. Yoga is smooth and works with your bodies' natural flow. You do not loose as much calories, but can do it twice a day if you would like, everyday. It also helps to de-stress you. I do both and use a tread-mill as well.
  • Yoga. Aerobics may burn more calories, but it will also make you hungrier, causing you to likely eat more. Yoga will improve your outlook, calm your spirit and build your muscle tone and as a plus, muscles burn more calories too.
  • persofnally, for me, I think Aerobics, I spen a lot of time doding aerobiv excercise at the gym, on the treadmill and crosstrainer and step machine, its working well, but I do know that yoga is effective as well, so its a personal thing............
  • arobics is better for burning fat... yoga is better for increased flexibility... do them both for better agility.
  • Aerobics :)
