I am 5'6 and 153, according to the BMI I am a little overweight, however, I HAVE NOTHING to lose, I have a high metabolism and natural muscle, very little fat. So you know what, if you are happy with your figure don't change a thing!!! I keep getting told I need to gain weight, and I am happy with the way I look so I just ignore those ppl. If you try to lose weight, it's usually fat you are trying to burn, so it's very possible your breast size my decrease along with your waist depending on how you wanted to lose the weight. I say if you're happy, leave it alone!

Only you can decide how the health risks associated with being slightly overweight compare to the self-esteem benefits of feeling good about your body. Personally, I'd be happy to be in your position. :D

You sound proportional and if you lose weight, you will just go down smaller everywhere. you will definately lose yor bust first. I weigh 140 and although that sounds like a lot, I have a killer body. no fat! I wouldn't worry about it.

There is bad weight and good weight, just like cholesterol. If your weight is in muscle, and you are toned and fit, it's a good thing. Just do a few toning up exercises to keep your muscles working properly, often called warm-ups. Your measurements will stay the same, and you will feel better.
