We see a face etched in pain and maybe have the decency to leave her alone to deal with this shambles her marriage has become. I don't pity her or mock her - we all have battles in our lives and I have no intention of judging the way she handles hers.

  • I'm always mystified when these women "stand by their man" this way. I would kill the guy, personally. But I saw an interview with the former first lady of New Jersey (McCready?). You know, the one whose husband was having a gay love affair. She said the reason she stood by her husband during that time was partly out of shock but mainly she did it for her daughters who were already devastatad over the news and she thought breaking up the marriage right away would make it worse. She's getting a divorce now.
