Hey, I know right where your at. I weighed 240 just over a year ago and now weigh 199. It wasn't easy to lose the wieght either because of stress from life, and diet. I had to make a concious change and effort to better myself through sheer willpower and positive affirmation of what I wanted to achieve. YOU MUST NOW DO THE SAME. Losing weight is not a joke. Forget diets, forget pills, forget liposuction or quick fix's. Take a step outside the box and look at your life style and what can you do to positively change it. Are you involved in anysports activities? Sport activities are a great way to lose weight and to help inspire you because you surround yourself with those with similar goals of losing wieght and looking and feeling their best. Try cycling, or even running, its a great community sport and most citys have a clubs or organizations and you can get great ideas for better health from these people who participate. YOU WOULD BE SURPRISED HOW HELPFUL THEY ARE EAGER TO BE IF YOU SHOW YOUR EAGERNESS AS WELL. Cycling and running is relatively more inexpensive than a gym with weights and running machines and are basically a rip off. So save your money, get online and find a bike and ride...trust me you'll learn how it works, make a lot of new friends, and in a year or two be in the best shape of your life since you were a teenager.
