Yes. But thats just a matter of faith. Say you get disciplined when you were a child by your mother. You become as angry as anything, and want to beleive she is doing this just to hurt you,and deep down, you want to say that she doesnt love you When you know.. she does. And you wouldnt be able to really beleive it. That is an awful example. But its an example. I watched my mom die. And in the same year, a friend committed suicide, another died from lukemia, and aunt died from kidney failure and my grandpa passed away. If that werent enough, my dad lost his job and we were dirt poor (and in alot of ways, we still are) WHY? And then theres the poeple who have no idea how you feel, patting your back and saying "everything happends for a reason" Never tell someone that, unless you know the reason. So even now, id like to say God hates me. He did this on purpose. But growing up with his as a foundation for everything that was taught to me, its a little tough. So now its just a matter of me beleiving it or not, Still in a limbo about it. I guess we'll just have to see.

"Has anything ever made you change your belief in God or your religious belief?" Yes, life. As i was being raised as a child i was raised in the Lutheran (Christian) faith. As i grew in my teens i started questioning my faith and started investigating various religious faiths, both Christian and non-Christian. As i matured in adulthood i ended up with a Deist belief. As i've aged i continue believing as a Deist. i also believe in reincarnation. Deist One who believes in the existence of a God, but denies revealed religion; a freethinker. de·ism (de'iz'?m, da'-) n. The belief, based solely on reason, in a God who created the universe and then abandoned it, assuming no control over life, exerting no influence on natural phenomena, and giving no supernatural revelation.

all the time. it's the only way to grow. i found that i always need to discuss my faith with someone else.

no not really. I understand that people have freedom of choice. God does not interfere with what you choose to do. He only seems to get involved after the fact of a stupid decision that is made.

I was baptised and brought up in a school where we sung hymns every day. My parents themselves were very lax on religion; they told me heaven was real to spare my feelings when people died, more than anything else. My father is actually an atheist. At about the age of 10, I realised that religion was ridiculous and became an atheist. And I haven't questioned my beliefs since then, except the following year when a bunch of religious fanatics tried to capitalise on the fragile minds of schoolchildren by selling bibles during class and preaching. For a few days, I was thinking about becoming Christian again, but quickly brought myself back onto a path of logic.

Yes of course. It is not a show of piety believing blindly what you are told.
