  • get a deep tissue massage & then use the excuse that you're already at there to get a full body massage, some spa treatments etc. But seriously, get a deep tissue massage & be careful of chiropractors. The ones that crack your back or your neck with their hands can tear arteries and cause strokes. The good/safe chiropractors have these hand tools that they use to pop your joints back into place if you decide to go the chiropractor route.
  • Put some heat on it (heating pad or hot water bottle) apply some Tiger Balm. Take a hot Epsom Salts bath. Avoid drafts (especially while sleeping).
  • It concerns me that at times you don't feel it at all. Usually a kinked neck hurts everytime you turn a certain way. Do the hot and cold treatment alternating every 15 min. Take Ibuproffin (advil). That relaxes muscles. If this has not ended in a week. See a doctor.
