One of my favorites is Charleston in Baltimore. I'm particularly fond of their cheese course paired with a nice madeira or port... I also really love "Catal" at Downtown Disney in Anaheim (it's a Patina Group retaurant) my favorite thing there is the compressed salad.

Pizza Maximum, they have these awesome club sandwiches I particularly love, as well as Mexican pizza with extra spicy sauce, and some damn good sandwiches and submarines, too. Damnit now I'm hungry.

I guess for now it's the Kung Kao Thai restaurant. I love their veggie fried rice with chicken curry.
