i liked the GAry Busemi character in Con Air. He started out scary but did the unexpected in the end.

I usually like the 'bad guy' so it's a hard desision. But i will go with Dr Evil, because he is the only definate bad guy I can think of... the others are floating about in that grey area between the good, and the dark side.
