fuck no but thats a stupid question that you know the answer too. the law is fucked buddy, everybody is pissed off at some part of it. dont get caught with large amounts or baggys and the law tends to keep its nose out of a potheads ass.

It's not what you put into your body. You can't be put in jail for being stoned. You can be harassed, searched, and, humiliated, but, they can't tell you what you are (except, drunk). It sucks, though, that you can be punished as a criminal for obtaining goods that you put into your body.
