  • THey have to lay down and relax for a few days
  • its best to keep them well rested. when they are up and awake i usually let them sit and play chess or something. it works up a skill and doesnt really take much energy.
  • You've gotta get them twelve (non-consecutive) hours of "resting." That is, sleeping, napping, lounging, or sitting anywhere. This is very easy to do, because most Sims will meet this requirement in at least two days by just doing what they normally do. However, if your house has three or more Sims, it would be a good idea to try to isolate the sick one if the disease is the flu or something. If it continuously spreads within the house, it could never go away. Also, a Sim can die from a disease. However, they have to be sick for some insanely long time, like ten days, so you pretty much have to try to kill them if they are gonna die like that.
  • I always just went on about the game and they got over it with time.
  • The best way not listed above is if you have FreeTime and a sims with cooking hobby, you will be able to make comfort soup. It cures sims right away, no need to wait for them to relax, or do anything else.
