It's highly unlikely unless you have some kind of clotting abnormality.

Yes, but probably not in the way you mean. A bruise is caused when blood vessels rupture beneath the skin. Clotting stops the bleeding. So there is a blood clot. But it's not likely to cause a clot of blood in your artery that may break off and cause a stroke though which I think is what you're referring to.
