  • after you reach a certain age you stop growing anyway. the ends of your bone form into a plate that can no longer allow the cartilage cells to deposit and form into bone because the plate has turned from cartilage to bone. so taking anything after you turn around 20 years old is pointless.
  • If you want to grow out, as in body mass, creatine is good for that---but the minute you stop exercising, all the muscle turns to excess weight very quickly. Don't be bigger! You're fine, I'm sure.
