  • OMG!!lmao - so does my husband! he's got all the guys at work saying it too and it is driving me crazy. as for the cure, i haven't found one yet but I had to share that I feel your pain.
  • Start using "That's what he said", preferably at the most unimaginably awkward, unfunny times possible.
  • Thats what she sa- Huh what? Sorry the phrase has magical properties, I don't know how to defeat it.
  • It's because it's awesome, sorry he will never be broken of the habit. Even if you do that "that's what he said" thing, then he'll laugh even harder and you'll fuel the fire.
  • Next time you get him a little hot and bothered, just go to the fridge for something to eat. He'll ask, "where you going"?. You say , "well I'm hungry". He'll say, "But we're not done" You say, "That's what she said" and go get a popsicle.....bet you he'll remember that
  • If he really sounds that annoying (that's my impression anyway), record his voice and play it back to him. Laugh at his jokes when they're funny and don't laugh at his jokes when they're not funny.
  • Get Jack Nicholson to take him out on a boat trip.
  • Start saying the things he quotes her as saying. That should wake him up :)
  • I like the phrase, but I like "that's what I heard about you" better maybe start using that one against him.
  • Tell him you're a lady and that you would appreciate him not using it around you. Most guys start treating their wives like "one of the guys" and need to be reminded that they are married to a lady. He probably doesn't mean anything by it he's just clueless.
