How can i make my own manga in paint shop or photo shop? Is there anything i can download?

The program won't make manga on it's own. If you have the talent, you can make manga in MS Paint. Therefore, I would recommend disregarding the tools and getting some talent.

I would invest in a Wacom pad so you can draw them in.
