I have to tell you guys this one. Yahoo Answers suspended my acct. I gave up and came on to this site
1 hour later I get an email saying my suspension has been lifted and they would appreciate any advice I had to offer on THEIR site. How would you handle this one?

I have been on site 2 times, first time made to level 6 and was booted, then this last time to level 3, and they didn't like how I answer questions on security, finally insult is after I was violated my account still is voted on and made top contributed in security. go figure. Its a site were there is no real person to talk to, on a web site to e-mail, they claim they will answer in 48hrs, took them 6 days the last time and then to tell, they will not reinstate my account, I must start over.
I found this site, much better, don't plan on going back but I did send a letter to the president of Yahoo Inc.

Yahoo has transferred their entire Y!A department to the UK and the transfer has not been without problems. One of the worst ones is that some newbie is going through all the really old answers and flagging answers that were acceptable during Beta, two years ago, but the rules have changed since then.

Many older accounts are being deleted because the excessive flagging. It's creating a real mess. So what else is new?

The new part is I've got better things to do than waste time there.

I have pretty much stopped going there also. I have been part of two different focus groups over the past two years, both of which are disbanded now, and I also belong to two Y!A related Yahoo Groups, but all my Y!A friends have cut way back, and all the employees that I once knew have moved on. In fact, I have been working with two of them on the new ventures, and I keep in touch with a couple of others through our mutual interests.
