  • I am not an attorney though I worked for the CA Superior Court business office filing suits all day long in a military town. It is one year from the date of injury to file. This stops the time from running. I have never been made aware of the one-year time limit being extended for military.
  • California law does not have a specific exception to the statutes of limitations (time limits for bringing lawsuits) for active military personnel.
