Is there any link between emo band The Ataris, and digital hardcore band Atari Teenage Riot?

Why do you expect so? An Atari is a popular old game computer (and these days a game manufacturing company), very cult, so it is well possible that two bands indepedently take this brand into their band name. Especially since Atari Teenage Riot is a German band while the Ataris are from the US, and musically there are few to none similarities, I cannot see why you would expect a link. -- addition -- The Ataris are from a later era than the ATR, so it is well possible that they know ATR and thus named the song like this on purpose.
