my sneakers first spray them with shout and wash brand new id tell ya

Tennis shoes in the washer and all others just get wiped down with water.

If the shoes are made of real leather, yes. With mild soap and water, before a new coat of shoe polish. Same basically applies to track shoes, but without the shoe polish. 409 works wonders on dirty track shoes.

Not my shoes, I mean in the inside. But sneakers I did get to wash a couple of times. I don't really wear sneakers that much though.
