He should know how to read and Write and at least count to 10 He should speak english or a least know how to say "Hello" ,"Bye Bye", "Its Good", "It's Bad" in english He should be able to name 3 states in America and be able to point to where America is, or at least get close, on a globe of the world. He should know how to use a knife, fork and be able to use a spoon without spilling soup down his shirt!. He should know where he lives or at least have a tag on his wrist "If lost return to White House" He should know wearing no shoes, shorts and a T-Shirt that says "Shit Happens" on it, is not appropriate attire for a senate meeting. He should be into astrology and be able to read the stars and tell us what America's future is. He should be able to negogiate with foreign diplomates calmly and intelligently and if no agreements are reached, be able to say something other than "Lets Nuke the bastards" He should know that he should'nt drink a full case of beer just before a press conference. He should know that a Big Mac is full of fat and high in cholestoral. He should know that being president is not just a job, but a good career move. He should know if he wanted to, he could go to a military base, and play with a big tank and even get to drive it, anytime he wants.

The US Constitution Obama, Hillary & Pelosi do not under stand it therefore should not be considered for the position.

How to speak intelligible English.

Have a vision of the country's and the world's future, in respect of the benefit of the people. 3/. Be educated and know some geography (and how to pronounce foreign countries names for instance : Hi, Mr Mac Cain !).
