  • Yes. It can be a bit tricky and you will require a knowledge of soldering. To open the back locate the little translucent bezel surrounding the USB connector and carefully snap it out, using a knife blade into the joint closest to the display. This will reveal two T-5 screws. Using the appropriate Torx driver remove the bezel and the two screws and the other three sides will separate with some gentle prying. The battery will be revealed, however it is soldered in place and therefore not "user-replaceable". With a new battery and a bit of soldering know-how you should be able to replace it no problem.
