If the ball doesn't bounce, then it must be a normal ball that just pitches and comes to you at a normal height. If it is too low, or doesn't pitch at all and rolls down(which I think has never happened) or if it pitches twice before reaching the crease at the strike batsman, then it's called "a dead ball". If you mean, if the ball is not pitched at all, then its called "full toss". If the ball happens to pitch after crossing the crease, near or crossing the batsman feet, then its a "yorker".If the full toss comes above your shoulder or head level, then its a "beamer".
