When more than one person flags a question or answer, do both get credit for it if the flag is accepted?

The majority of the time, yes, unless your flag was specifically rejected. And how the question was flagged doesn't seem to matter... If you flag it Nonsense, and it's a dupe, you usually get get points. If you flag it a dupe, and it's moved to a new category, you usually get points. Right now, though, there's a problem with Spam flags for a spammer. If the spammer is nuked before the flags are accepted (which seems to be the norm), your percentage can be screwed up. Right now, just report full-fledged spammers to a CL or the blog, and pay attention tot he blog for possible changes to this procedure. (When they've got their procedure in place to give the points to flaggers of individual answers.)
