I met a girl from Sweden who was an exchange student at my school. She told me that I looked like a Pop star from Sweden and she took a picture of me. Thats prolly the best.

I don't know about NICEST but this morning I had a creepy guy at 7-11 go "DAMN!" when I walked in. It's nice to know I got it going on....hahahahah

I was 15 years old (I'm 22 now), and eating at a TGI Fridays for lunch with my sister and her boyfriend. As we were leaving some guy approached us and said to me, "You are the most beautiful girl I have ever seen." I was completely taken aback and was like "Huh? Really?" And he said "I'm not trying to hit on you...I have a girlfriend, but I just wanted to tell you." =) I still remember that, it made me feel fuzzy inside, ha ha!

This is a bit painful. My soon to be ex husband and I went out for dinner on Valentine's Day and an absolutely stunning woman walked by our table. I made an off hand comment wishing I were THAT pretty and he looked at me and said well, you aren't and you just never will be. I was crushed and I could feel the tears coming, so I excused myself to go to the powder room. The gentleman next to us caught me by the arm and told me I was the most beautiful woman he had ever seen. He smiled and told me I looked just like a younger version of his wife and that she had passed away. He handed me a hankie and told me not to cry. It was just very sweet.

I took my daughter to a Barnes and Noble when she was dressed in a princess dress. A lady told me I was a great dad. I asked her why. She said that I knew how to pick my battles. She had it exactly right. I had to go to the bookstore and the kid wanted to wear a princess dress to the store. It wasn't worth an argument, so I let her wear it. Who cares what a 4 year old wears to the store?

... that I am a very nice gentleman. I had stepped aside to let a couple of elderly ladies pass, holding the door for them, and one of them thanked me and called me a gentleman.

Not long ago, my husband and I were shopping for goods in the market. He was pushing the cart and I had my arms around him from behind and we were laughing as we tottered side to side, hug-walking through the market. A man stopped us and said to my husband, "You are a very lucky man", then he gently touched my arm and walked away. It was very sweet.

i was shopping with my friend , a man say to me ' your eyes like magic ' :) His comment made me happy for days lol

I was working on a short film once with a friend that I showed up late to. I was just doing some extra stuff, you know. Like setting up lights and stuff like that. Of course, me being me I was talking to everyone in a 3 foot raidus of me and cracking jokes left and right. At the end of the shoot the actress walked up to me and said "You know, you really do need to be a director. I don't know what it is about you, but the second you showed up I became much more comfortable and relaxed. You're really good with talking to people and making them feel welcome, no matter what they are doing, you know that?" I want to be a film maker and that compliment put the biggest smile on my face that you could ever imagine. Especially because I'm really big on dealing with actors. That's one of my favorite things about directing, it's that you get to engage in this creative process with an actor. And there's never really a wrong way of doing something when it comes to acting. Just different and more effective ways.

At work we had an open house for all of our customers to come and take a look around and see our new place. well I stood at the door and welcomed everyone as they came in. really not that exciting.... but needless to say the next morning when I answered the phone the gentleman asked if I was there and which one was I. so I told him that I was the one who greeted everyone. And he told me that I was one of the most naturally beautiful girls he has seen in a long time. It felt really good because I work with what I think are really beautiful girls!!

Some woman on an elevator looked at me and told me i had the most beautiful hair she had ever seen and the most beautiful face. Then she proceeded to tell me i should be a male model. She spent the rest of the elevator ride coaching me on how i should proceed

A sheriff's deputy told me that I have "incredibly soulful, deep, passionate eyes." (That was the LAST thing I expected him to say!)

An older gentleman came up to my husband and I who were sharing a very large sundae dessert called a 'pig trough' lol!!!! And he said it had brought him great joy to see to 'young people' (we were both in our 40s) eating like that together, in love, as it reminded him of his departed wife and how they loved to do that together. He said we just made the perfect couple:-)
