You might not be at the right place if you think college is boring. You could make it interesting yourself, by challenging your teachers through questioning, thinking, and working hard.

Perhaps when you're at college, you might be thinking of all the other places you could be, instead of being there.

Learning requires a lot of desire and motivation and the body always want the easy way out and to have more entertainment so it's a struggle between your intellectual wants and your physical desires for entertainment.

I dont know, College for me was a blast, I wish I could go back to college. When people say that you should definately take it all in, DO IT!!!!!! The real world sucks. Dont let it be boring, trust me, there is plenty to do, get involved, do something, dont let this time slip by or you will REGRET IT!!!!

Ideally, college should be challenging and exciting, not boring. Maybe the classes you're taking aren't really your "cup of tea" and you might consider changing your major..otherwise, you won't be getting the most out of the time spent there, nor will your college memories be something to look back on fondly! :)

Because you're surrounded by mindless drones worshiping their overlord in sororities and fraternities, who find some kind of strange pleasure of acceptance by paying large amounts of money for friends who look the same and all wear T-shirts with strange symbols. Because your classes might be downgrading your interest in your major, and because maybe college life is shit and there's more to life than getting wasted and discovering a new case of STDS on your body parts.

Ok, I stand corrected. Throwing up is fun after doing it several hundred times because of intoxication, and so are lectures with no point, and so are herpes and chlamydia. College is fun, fun,fun. It's so fun that the funness leaks from every pore.

I don't know what college you go to, but college was the time of my life.

do you have a learning disorder or anything else to consider? if not, then, college is designed to be anything that you want it to be. if you find it to be boring, then do some things that excite you! on the typical college campus, you'll find at least one professor who'll lean toward doing whatever you would like. lot's of people can be your friend - if you're their friend first. like joseph campbell advised us, "follow your bliss". sometimes, if we're really bored, we need to find greater stimulation. so, if your grades are high and you're not, talk with a professor about recent advances in treating cancer and what basic research you could do (or something like this is political science or whatever is your passion) if you haven't found you passion, try things and find out. sometimes career, academic, or personal counseling can help. and last, college is, at times, ultimately boring in order to prepare you for the real world, where you'll be subjected to more of the same inane silliness but you'll be paid significantly better than your high school colleagues who didn't go to college but have to endure the same meetings.
