I found it. It was below and behind the glove box. Had to take down the panel under the glove box and it was on the side (fender wall). We took out the glove box too but would not have had to. We tested the relay before replacing it and it was not bad. So we are still looking for the problem.

look in your trunk by your strut for a comparment. open it up and see if there is a fuel pump cut off switch. check to see if it has been triggered. if so reset it

i did the same thing i went under the glove box but when i took out all the relays the car still started so mayb the relay isnt under there....
