125 pounds is probably a decent weight.Someone who is 5 foot tall should weigh about 100 pounds and then for every inch supposedly you are to add 5 pounds to that. :)

Between 118 and 150 is good. Unless you're a large build, then you could go up higher and still be healthy. Adding 5 pounds for every inch is an old wifes tale. 125 is only applies if you're a very small build.
