its just like doing a wheelie but without pedaling,when you first start out go slow you dont want to start out fast you can fall backwards really easy,once you get going about three to four mph pull back with all weight,like your doing a wheelie try to center out your weight over the rear axle, as you get the hang of it increase speed,the faster you go the longer you will be able to manual
