They should clean up, paint over, and rebuild what they defaced and destroyed.

I think the parents should be held responsible for the younger teens & the 17 year olds should be arrested

Forget about their punishment for now, why were they doing it in the first place? Was it just to be rebels or is there no community centre in your neighboorhood where they can hang out and muck around? As a punishment they should have community service hours to clean up the mess they made.

Death by hanging is out, so is the death penalty,so 40 lashes each with bamboo canes every day for a month.

Make them get a job and pay for as well as participate in repairing all they damaged!....plus 40 lashes.

Clean it up and do comunity service for Two Years, have a Job and Pay for the private property damage and spend the Two Years while doing the comunity service in JAIL, even if there parents want them home! They need to understand that with negative actions there IS a worse Re-Action so they remember Not To Do IT.
