Compared to the Romans, No. When I hear ppl taling about the death penality being inhumane I just think about what the victims when through and who gave them mercy.

umm no.. if i had control of the country, the criminal would get their automatic appeal, then when proven guilty, out the back door to the firing squad

Not for serial killers who brutally torture and kill innocent people, many of whom are children. If you've ever listened to a serial killer's confession, you know that the death penalty is a thousand times LESS barbaric than what these monsters put their victims through.
