Do you think AB should introduce smiley icons that are there when :) or :( etc are keyed?

It does sound like a good idea, but you'll have to think further ahead. As Nick mentions, there are many other smileys which people might want to see included, and so we might end up with introducing custom smiley icons (just like you can host pictures). At that point we won't be far from how it is on many internet forums where smileys are being spammed all over the place. I prefer it this way :)
