  • - Try to get up around 7:30 or so to start your day. - Eat a 350 calorie or less breakfast. - If you can, find a place to stretch. First, stand with your legs spread, bend down to your right foot, then left. You dont have to touch your toes, but try to feel the burn. So down to right then to left, repeat five times each way. Sit on the ground, spread legs, bend to right foot, then left, again, only enough to feel the burn. Repeat five times each way. Then stand up, practice bringing your right knee as high as you can and hold it for three whole seconds. Then left knee. Repeatfive times each way. If you can go running, try that instead of a treadmill. Or if it's too cold outside or you can't go running, use the treadmil, but first, walk at the speed of 3 miles per hour. Walk for five minutes, then increase to five mph. Jog at this pace for five minutes, walk at 3 mph for about two to three minutes, then increase to five mph again. If you can, go as long as you can before getting too tired. Then you may walk at 3 mph for five minutes. If you are capable, I suggest running at 7 mph for at least 10 minutes. Do this about three to four times per week. - For lunch, from 400 to 500 calories if you want but try not to eat any more so you can save for dinner. - For dinner, you may eat a 700 to 800 calorie meal if you like. - If you choose dessert, try for no more than 150 to 200 calories but I suggest you only eat dessert like this about two or three times per week. Tips: - Hide your foods! When I was a little bigger, I would hide bottles of coke in my fridge in the basement. The reason for this is because if you're hungry or thirsty, generally, you'll be too lazy to walk the longest distance to get what you want, so, you'll settle for the nearest food which may be celery or an apple. IT WORKS. - It may sound insane, but, Metamucil helps. You see, most Americans have poor digestive systems by their eating habbits of eating more than what can come back out. You should sit down on the toilet twice a day to "shit". Seriously. It is linked to a healthy digestive system. When you think of Metamucil, you think of a gross taste, right? Well, when you mix it with water, it tastes a bit like an orange soda. Seriously, go out and but some Metamucil because I wouldn't make up some bull shit story unless I was evil.
